Hours approved in TSheets and synced to QB is different than time imported to QuickBooks Desktop

Will not import employees time for Monday 11/15 into Quickbooks timesheets although billing period chosen in TSheets and approved is 11/1-11/15. On chats and call with customer service and screen sharing and rep ended up hanging up and on screen help closed.

I've got your back on managing timesheet in QuickBooks Online (QBO), alme.

 

There are a few factors that we need to check why you're import time. Let me share them with you so you can get this resolved.

 

  • Make sure to mark the Export Approved Timesheets when Syncing (QuickBooks Desktop only)
  • Make sure to select the Use QuickBooks Online for payroll box in the QuickBooks Online Integration Preferences.
