Join nowI received a large payment into a bank account of mine that had only INTUIT PYMT SOLN as a reference along with a transaction number. My bank cannot find any further information. Who can I contact in Intuit or QuickBooks that could help me find the sender? BTW, I've been all over both websites and chatted to several bots without any success.
I’m here to help you find the sender of the payment, @jonrichings.
The INTUIT PYMT SOLN.INTUITPMTS is a direct debit transaction for charges taken by QuickBooks Payments or Merchant Services.
You can view the transaction information inside QuickBooks and on the Merchant Service Center. Here’s how you do it:
You can contact our Payments Support team if you need more details about this transaction. They're the ones who handle payments and charges in your account.
I’ve attached some resources here in case you need more knowledge about Intuit charges and your statement:
I’d be glad to help you more if you have any other questions or concerns besides Intuit payments. Select the Reply button below to add your comments. Take care always!
Thanks Madeline,
Unfortunately after three more (now 13) chats, I still can't get an answer. It seems that Payment/Merchant support can only operate with an account ID. I don't have an account so they can't do anything except ask for the account number or email of the person who sent me the money, duh.
But your reply begs another question: If, as you say,
INTUIT PYMT SOLN.INTUITPMTS is a direct debit transaction for charges taken by QuickBooks Payments or Merchant Services
why am I getting paid by it? And I don't even have a QBO or Merchant Services account?
