How can see emails that have been sent from my quickbooks account?

Welcome to the Community space, @spcontractors201.

 

You'll have to open the estimate transaction, so you can see the email sent from your QuickBooks account. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu then select All Sales.
  2. Click the Filter drop-down.
  3. Under Type choose Estimate and filter the necessary details.
  4. Open the estimated transaction to see the email details below Customer.
  5. To check the details of your Estimate click More at the bottom then Audit History.
  6. Tap the History of this transaction.

You can also run the Estimate by Customer report. This report will provide you the name of the customer, estimate number, and other information. Just click the Reports tab then search  Estimate by Customer report.

  1. Navigate to the invoice in question.
  2. Select History (at the top of the invoice Mypascoconnect bar). You should see the status of sent date and send method (email).
