How do I find journal entries created by PushPay using its integration with QuickBooks?

You can find the journal entries from Push Pay by generating a journal report, Bill. Let me walk you through the steps.

We can pull up a Journal report to see all journal entries made through the Push Pay app. Ensure to filter specific information such as transaction type and date. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu, then find Journal.

  2. In the report window, click the Filter button.
  3. In the first dropdown box, select Transaction type.
  4. In the second dropdown box, choose equals, then select Journal Entry from the third box.
  5. If you are searching for a specific journal entry, you can add additional conditions to locate it.
  6. Select the Date under the Report period.
