Hi,
I was using Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 for the 8 years now I am transitioning to Quickbooks online. I would like to transfer my 2024 Income and expenses to QBO using excel. Does anyone have a template that they can share?
Hello, @ColeyTH. As you make the important transition to QuickBooks Online (QBO), I'm here to personally guide you through the process of importing your income and expenses using Excel. Here's a tailored, step-by-step guide to assist you in this journey:

Ensure your data is organized into clear columns, including the date, description, amount, and category. These are the 3 and 4-column formats and make sure that the maximum file size is 350 KB. If the file is too large, adjust the date range and download the transactions in smaller batches.
The 3-column format
This format has a Date, Description, and Amount column.
The 4-column format
It includes the Date, Description, Credit, and Debit columns.
Once done, let's now upload the file to QBO. I will show you how:
