How do I print a check detail?

Just paid one of our vendors a large check for about 150 invoices.  Of course he wants a print out showing the bills paid and amounts.  However in QB Online I cannot figure out how to print the check detail showing each bill paid and how much was paid.  This was super simple in Desktop!
 TIA!  Beverly

This is idiotic that you can't print a payment detail from the payment screen itself, and have to instead cobble-together this report that isn't even a payment detail, but a report of all payments made on a given date.

We understand how this matter can be challenging for you, Reluc. Allow me to help you preview and print your payment details directly from the Pay Bills page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To check and print your payment details in QBO, let's utilize the Pay bills menu and follow the steps below:

  1. Click the + New menu, then select Pay bills.
  2. Select the accurate payment account if you're ready to pay the bills. Then, customize the Payment date.
  3. Tick the bill you want to preview or print. You can also modify the Filters ▼ dropdown accordingly. Then, click Save and print.
  4. By choosing Save and print, you'll be routed to the Print Checks page.
  5. On the Print Checks page, select Preview and print.
  6. You can either DownloadPrint, or close the Print preview by clicking the button.

In addition, you may review this article that can help you track and modify your expenses in QBO: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.

Please let us know if you have more queries about previewing or printing your payments in QuickBooks. We'll be in touch.
