How do I print my 2020 W3 form?

You can go to the Archived Forms in QuickBooks Online and print your 2020 W-3 form from there. See the steps below to complete the process:

1. Click Taxes in the left panel and select Payroll Tax.
2. Under the Forms section, select Annual Forms.
   
3. Select W-3, and then View.
4. A PDF form will open and select the printer icon to print.

However, if you're unable to get a copy, I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team. One of our agents will pull up your data and previous forms for you to print.

I never did get a response on how to print my w-3 form.

I would still like to know if that is possible.

Do you have the Automated tax payment and form filing feature enabled? You can print current or prior year's W-3s from when you started using QuickBooks Online Payroll. To get a copy of a previous one, you may follow the instructions provided by my peer, Rose-A. Then, here's how to print the current one:
 

1. Navigate to the Taxes menu and then Payroll Tax.
2. Choose Filings.
    
3. From here, pick Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3).
4. You may see a question asking if you or your employees contributed to a retirement plan outside of QuickBooks Online. Select Yes or No.
5. Follow steps 1 - 3 to get back to your W-3 form.
6. Choose the appropriate filing period (year) from the dropdown.
7. Select View to open Adobe Reader in a new window.
8. Click the Print icon on the Reader toolbar and then Print again.

Otherwise, if you pay and file manually, refer to the following article for the detailed steps: Print your W-2 and W-3 forms. Go to the QuickBooks Online Payroll section and click If you have automated taxes and forms to expand it.
