How do I put my filing frequency in so that sales tax will work? I have had auto sales tax sense January 1st 2018 and it has been a nightmare! Its asking for frequency.

• Access your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser and set your sales tax filling frequency. Use either of the following shortcut keys:
  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
• Also, you may clear your browser's cache to clear the stored data on your browser that can cause some odd errors with it's performance
• To check your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online, you can also use the Browser Health Checkup Tool.

On the other hand, here's how you can set up a default your sales tax filling frequency:

1. Go to Taxes.
2. Choose Sales Tax.
3. Select Sales tax settings.
4. Click on the Edit link of the sales tax agency.
5. Choose the Filing frequency in the drop-down.
6. Click on Save.
