How do I save posts in this forum instead of making endless bookmarks?

Hello,

I've found a number of helpful posts on this forum that I'd like to save to consult later. I've tried a Permalink, but have no idea what that is and where it lives. Ideally I'd like it in the list of posts in my profile or another easily accessible place. Please help!

Good day, Momplusmore.

Thank you for posting here on the Community page. I'm here to help you further where you can save articles or instructions on your Community Profile.

Here's how:

1. Click the 3-dots  in the top right corner.

2. Select Bookmark.

3. You can check your saved bookmark by clicking on your profile.

4. Go to My Profile.

5. Click the Edit button beside Member Profile.

6. Select the Subscriptions & Notifications tab.

7. Choose Bookmarks.

Please see my screenshots below.

Now you're able to look into your saved bookmarks.

Please keep us posted on how it goes. I'll be standing by for your response. Thanks.

Thank you for your quick and thorough reply.  When I follow your instructions there is not an "Bookmark" option. I am following your instructions to a "T". Here is my screenshot:

Hello and thank you for your speedy and thorough response. This may be a duplicate reply, so please forgive me if so. I followed your instructions, but did not have a "Bookmark" option. Here is a screenshot, please advise.

Hi, Momplusmore/

Thank you for reaching out to the community and letting us know about the unexpected behavior you've encountered in QuickBooks.

We haven't received any other reports of an issue, so it's likely that your browser may be causing the error. To verify this, we'll clear the browser's cache and cookies. Your browser stores these files to speed up websites, however can cause issues if not cleared regularly. Clearing them is super easy and takes just a few moments. Choose the browser you use to access QuickBooks Online below to find the steps:

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

Feel free to post again if you have additional concerns. I'm always around here to help you more. Stay safe!
