Hello,
I've found a number of helpful posts on this forum that I'd like to save to consult later. I've tried a Permalink, but have no idea what that is and where it lives. Ideally I'd like it in the list of posts in my profile or another easily accessible place. Please help!

Hi, Momplusmore/
Thank you for reaching out to the community and letting us know about the unexpected behavior you've encountered in QuickBooks.
We haven't received any other reports of an issue, so it's likely that your browser may be causing the error. To verify this, we'll clear the browser's cache and cookies. Your browser stores these files to speed up websites, however can cause issues if not cleared regularly. Clearing them is super easy and takes just a few moments. Choose the browser you use to access QuickBooks Online below to find the steps:
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
Feel free to post again if you have additional concerns. I'm always around here to help you more. Stay safe!
No I'm having the same problem and I have tried Chrome, Microsoft edge and Firefox and it's the same way with all three
Thanks for visiting us again regarding this QuickBooks community page concern, @Middle_Class_Values.
I want to help you further with this but I want to make sure I have all the information to help you further. Is the bookmark option also missing when you click the inner dots beside the actual community question?
Update: We forwarded your concern and this is currently under investigation. Bookmarks are enabled for all community profiles. We will get back to you as soon as we get more information about this problem.
Kindly post additional screenshots and information below. I'll be waiting for your reply and I'm here to help you out. Have a good one!
Hi there, Middle_Class_Values.
I appreciate you for coming back to the thread and adding a screenshot about the options you're seeing on your end. I'll share alternative ways on how to achieve your goal. Then, route you to the right support team to further assist with this matter.
Since the bookmark is missing from the vertical dots beside the post, you can use the browser's Bookmark feature instead. You can also click the Subscribe option so you'll receive notifications of any comments in the thread.
Additionally, I still suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. That way, they'll be able to investigate the cause of why the bookmark option is missing in your end.
I'm also adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: Help guide for QuickBooks Online. It contains topics about advanced accounting, banking, and payments to name a few.
Let me know if there's anything else you need help with. Know that I'm always here to help you anytime. Take care and keep safe!
Thank You,
I've been using the browser bookmark as you suggested recently, but I will definitely get ahold of support because I don't want to keep crowding up my browser bookmarks. It is mostly the help guide articles and such that I am trying to save so the subscribe button hasn't been that helpful to me. I am just glad to know this is not normal and that would mean someone can actually fix this so I can utilize this feature, Thank you so much for all your help.
