Someone hacked my account and applied for a Quickbooks Capital Loan on behalf of one of my clients. Help!

All account-specific issues are best addressed by calling our Customer Care Support Team. One of our representatives will be happy to look into this issue and investigate this further. 

Here's how to reach out to them:

1. In your QBO account, go to the Help (?) menu at the top.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Type in a brief description of your concern and select Let's talk.
4. Choose either Start a chat, or Get a callback.

I also encourage checking our support hours to ensure we address your concerns promptly.
