How do you print file folder labels for vendors?

I have forgotten how to print the vendor name only for file folder labels.  Any thoughts?

How do you print file folder labels for vendors?

You can print file folder labels for your vendors using the steps below. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the File menu, then choose Print Forms
  2. Select Labels, then choose one vendor in the Name field and click OK.
  3. Select Print to open the Options tab.
  4. Select the File folder label (2/3"x 3 7/16") option in the Label Format drop-down menu.
  5. Select Print to complete the process.

 

I've got some links with easy steps to fix in case you have other issues in the future, like printing alignments in QuickBooks:
