I'm here to ensure you'll be able to change QuickBooks from business mode to accounting mode.
I suggest going to the Account and Settings page. From there, you can see the User view section and able to switch from business mode to accounting mode.

I'll show you where to switch from business mode to accounting mode. You can find the option by going to the Gear > Switch to Business view or Switch to Accountant view.

I am currently in accountant view, but I cannot undo an entire reconcile, WHY?
I can walk you through how to undo an entire period's reconciliation, Phenix21.
It's possible that you're directly logged in to your company file instead of the QuickBooks Online Accountant. Just make sure you're logged in as an accountant for you to undo your client's entire reconciliation period. Then, select the company and follow these steps to undo:
