How long does it take QB to respond to request for new PIN for Direct Deposit of payroll checks?

Hello there, @Deanna62.

 

To get the PIN of your Direct Deposit, make sure to complete this task first: 

  • The form must be signed by the Primary Principal or Secondary Principal. The Primary Principal is the person you have assigned as the owner of the company when you signed up for the direct deposit service.
  • Indicate the EIN (Employer Identification Number) of the company that is requesting for PIN change.
  • Photocopy/Picture of any government-issued ID (e.g. driver s license) of the Primary Principal. The name and the signature in the ID must be clear, and the ID is still valid (not expired). Send the requirements to Fax: 1-520-901-6918Email: TucsonDDService@intuit.com.

Once the above requirements are complete, your company's Payroll Administrator can contact our Customer Care team to get the new PIN.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. At the bottom, click Contact Us.
  4. From the Dialogue box, enter your question.
  5. Click Continue, then select Get a callback.
  6. Enter the information needed.
  7. Once done, click Confirm my call.
