Buy nowHi there, Mark.
Let me help you address the issue where you're repeatedly prompted to log in to your Intuit account, even though you haven’t logged out, while trying to complete important tasks like sending invoices and estimates.
First, let's start by ensuring that your QuickBooks is updated by following these steps:
Next, update your sign-in settings to select a specific timeframe of up to 90 days during which you can remain signed in, avoiding the hassle of constantly re-entering your credentials.
Here's how:
Please note that once you turn on this option. If you go to File, then Close Company, it'll only close the Company File and won't sign off the user.
If the issue persists after following these steps, I recommend contacting our live support team for further assistance. They can troubleshoot this case further and ensure you won't encounter the same prompt.
We'll provide ongoing assistance if you still have additional concerns.
Use the trial version to isolate the problem.
the message said to log into Intuit, but I think the real issue is my latest version of QB is Pro 2020, I do not have a current version of QB, or subscription, so did they decided to cut us off from emailing our invoices and estimates, Is this correct? we use an accountant for payroll and taxes, so why do I need another accounting upgrade? I bought many programs over the years from QB's but no more, QB's has finally done for me and my business, just plain wrong.
