How to get W-2 to print two per page

You have the option to change the number of pages per sheet through the printer settings once you print the form. To do this you can follow the steps below:

1. On the VIEWPDFFORM screen, click the Printer icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click More Settings.
3. Choose number 2 on the Pages per sheet.
4. Double-check the pages before hitting the Print button.

However, if you're referring to printing two (2) pages per page, you can go to the Page Setup select two pages per sheet, and then click OK to print the page numbers as you have them specified.

I did purchase my W2 forms thru QB and it came with 2 forms on 1 page.

I have not been able to adjust my print so that it prints only 2.

Why would I be sent these if this isn't an option??
