- Log in to QBO.

- This action will open the Map data page. There’s a green checkmark on the fields that QuickBooks recognizes. Otherwise, you’ll see No Match.
- Use the dropdown menu to map the fields and choose Next.
- From there, review all the entries that you're going to bring into the program.
- Press the Import button.
