I am getting a note in the blank dashboard saying "See your financial information by turning privacy off" but I can't find a way to do that. How do I turn privacy off?

Thanks for posting here. Let me help you in turning off the privacy made.

 

I've added a screenshot to see where you can toggle the button to turn it on and off. Capture.PNG

 

Make sure that the screen is not zoomed in so you can see the entire dashboard of QuickBooks Online. If the same thing happens, use an incognito window and see it from there. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

It could be that accumulated temporary internet files in the browser are the root cause of this unusual behavior. You'll want to clear the cache to fix issues in QuickBooks Online and make sure to use a supported and updated browser.

Thank you so much for the reply.  It was as simple as the screen needing to be zoomed out.  I just couldn't see the toggle switch.  I don't know why I didn't realize that for myself!  Thank you!
