Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Yes, you can cancel your payroll subscription since you won't be doing payroll anymore. However, please be sure to complete all your payroll tasks before doing so to avoid issues in the future.
You'll still have access to your payroll data after canceling, but you won't be able to recreate any tax forms. Therefore, be sure to save a copy of all the tax forms you created or e-filed. To access your filed forms:
- Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll Center.
- Select the File Forms tab.
- Under Filing History select the Saved Filings or E-Filings tab.
- Select the form to view and save it.
