I'm here to provide information on how you can print your check in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Emily.
In QuickBooks Online, you have the option to print a detailed report of your financial transactions. I'll show you how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click on the Magnifying glass icon.
- Locate your check in the Recent transactions.
- Click the Check.
- Select Print check.
- Choose Preview and print.
- Click Print.
I've added a screenshot for visual reference.

However, if you can't find it in the recent transactions, especially if you created the transaction weeks or months ago, follow these steps:
- Click the Search icon/ Magnifying glass.
- Choose the advanced search on the lower part says Go to transaction search.
- Then, enter the Date range.
- Select Check as the Transaction type to filter the results.
- Click the Check.
- Click Print check.
- Choose Preview and print.
- Hit Print.
If you need to look at your financial reports, let me add this article as a guide: Run a report with vendor totals.
