I cannot locate a check I created to print now.

I'm here to provide information on how you can print your check in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Emily.

In QuickBooks Online, you have the option to print a detailed report of your financial transactions. I'll show you how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on the Magnifying glass icon.
  3. Locate your check in the Recent transactions
  4. Click the Check.
  5. Select Print check.
  6. Choose Preview and print.
  7. Click Print.

I've added a screenshot for visual reference.

However, if you can't find it in the recent transactions, especially if you created the transaction weeks or months ago, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Search icon/ Magnifying glass.
  2. Choose the advanced search on the lower part says Go to transaction search.
  3. Then, enter the Date range.
  4. Select Check as the Transaction type to filter the results.
  5. Click the Check.
  6. Click Print check.
  7. Choose Preview and print.
  8. Hit Print.

If you need to look at your financial reports, let me add this article as a guide: Run a report with vendor totals.

Keep us posted if you have additional questions about printing checks in QBO. We'll do our best to assist. Have a good one!
