QBO US version doesn't yet provide Spanish language. If your client's company is located in South America or Spain, they may use QBO Global version or QBO EU version for Spain. Those versions provide the Spanish as one of language options.

Hello,

If they are using the US version of QBO, then you would want to have them change their browser settings to another language.

Intuit does offer an International version of QBO (Less features) that you can change the language in the program itself or if your client is based in Mexico, they can get QBO for Mexico.

Hi, did you find a solution to the case with your Spanish client?

We want to implement QB in Spanish, however some of the features are not adjusted to the QB financial reporting rules. I found out that there might be some alternatives in external softwares that export QB data to Spanish accounting system to adjust it to the Spanish reporting standards and sending proper VAT declarations. However, I approached  one company that is offering such solutions but I have not received any offer yet.

Did you find any solution with your Spanish client?

@Patrycja CT

Are you considering a specific Spanish accounting system? I may know the connector (if there is one).

Thanks for joining the thread, @Patrycja CT. I'll share some details about how you can possibly get through this so you can export your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to your Spanish accounting system.

You can get a third-party app and integrate it when your QBO account. This way, you can get the data you need and export it to other programs your business uses. I'll gladly input the steps below on how you can find an app that best suits your business needs. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. On the left navigational bar, select the Apps tab.
  3. Go to Find Apps section.
  4. In the search bar, type what app want to integrate to your QBO account.
  5. Once you're ready, click Get app now button.

You can also, go directly to our QuickBooks App Store to see and choose apps that best suits your business needs. See this page to visit our App store: QB App Store.

Additionally, here's an article in case you want to manually export your data out of QBO: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

You can also visit this page about how to customize reports to show the data that you need for your business in QBO: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Hello Team,

I was trying to find the apps section in my QB account but I couldn't find it anywhere.

When I put the 'Apps' in search engine it only shows 'Jump to apps' but once I click it, there is a note '404 Page not found' like below

Also on the left bar, I could navigate the 'Apps' section. Could you help me out where I can find the functionality?

It's my pleasure to help you, @Patrycja CT.

I understand you'll need to use a third-party application that has the best features and integrates with QuickBooks. However, you encountered error 404 on your page. Let me explain this further to you.

QuickBooks Error 404 occurs when the software is not properly installed or something in your QuickBooks database becomes infected, deleted, or corrupted. As a result, this error message appeared on the screen.

To resolve this error, we can perform troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. We can start accessing QuickBooks Online in a private browser.

Here's how:

  •  Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  •   Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  •   Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  •   Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works fine using the private browser, open your account using the original browser and clear the browser's cache. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

Furthermore, QuickBooks provides third-party apps for the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, and Australia. If your region isn't listed, the Apps Center is unavailable.

I'm adding this link that provides video tutorials to help run your business with QuickBooks: Learn about QuickBooks Online with how-to videos

Here you go, @Patrycja CT. Please don't hesitate to tap my name if you have other concerns within banking transactions and run specific reports in QuickBooks. I'll guide you along the way. Keep safe, and enjoy the rest of the day.
