I can guide you on how to verify the charges in your account @mundogreen85-gma.

 

If you wish to speak with our representatives, you can either message an agent or set a scheduled call back request. 

 

But before that, you can verify the charge by signing in to your Intuit account through the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) website. This shows all of your QuickBooks subscriptions and your billing history from the previous date period.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to My Account using your Intuit account credentials.
  2. Choose View your transaction history under the Payment and Order Activity section.
  3. On the Payment History page, select the Period drop-down and choose a date.
  4. Filter the list by date and time.
  5. Click the Details link next to the payment or refund to see more information.

 

Otherwise, if you want to clarify things about your billing statement, reach out to our Customer Support Team. This issue involves account verification and confidential information, which is best handled by our representatives. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you detailed information about the charges.
