I have tried to set up my account and am unable to connect pnc pinacle after trying repeatedly. I sign into my bank account but when I connect it gives unexpected error

It gives "an unexpected error message has occurred" every time. I have tried multiple times on multiple days with the same result.

Since quickbooks sent me an email that privately that said go through customer support; I tried that. Your chat person literally never responded to any of my messages and ended the chat because she said I was not responding even though she was the one not responding. I then requested a call back and when you called no one was on the phone for over 10 minutes. Not helpful in the least

Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account via incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can verify if it is a webpage issue. Use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

You can clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate if it works. Utilizing other supported browsers as an alternative may also help you. 

 

If nothing comes up after that, you might also visit your bank's website to check for any announcements. Review the messages, notifications, or alerts from there. 

 

Furthermore, contact our Support Team if you're still unable to link your bank to the program. They can conduct further investigation to ensure we have you covered.
