I just paid for a quickbooks turbotax bundle through quickbooks. But, my turbotax software shows that I'm supposed to get quickbooks for free. What do I do here?

I'd be glad to route you to the right support you need. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team. They can have tools necessary to access your account and be able to answer your subscription concern right away. 

Here's how to contact them:

1. Click Assistant at the upper right corner.
2. Type "Talk to a human" at the bottom field.
3. Enter your question and click I still need a human.
4. Select either Message an agent or Get a callback.
