Basically I just need to know if I'll be able to change my online payment account type from owner/proprietor to Business which means changing from SSN to EIN. Thanks!

Yes, the account information can be updated. Once your business type is changed, you can contact one of our Merchant Support Specialists. We'd be able to help you with the modification.
