How did you convert data from QB Desktop?

Try opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser.

Your efforts in getting in touch with our Support Team to isolate your subscription issue is much appreciated, Vince. I'm here to help you reactivate your expired QuickBooks trial account.

Since you've mentioned that you've already paid for a QB Online account and were prompted that your trial has expired, I recommend double-checking your QuickBooks-related payments using the Look up your charge tool. To guide you through the steps, refer to this link: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

If it's confirmed that you've paid for a subscription, you'll need to verify if you have multiple QuickBooks accounts (trial and actual subscription). If you only have one account, and it's in a trial version, and your data from QB Desktop for Mac is in there, you'll have to reactivate it.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Select the Resubscribe option.
  4. Follow the on-screen procedures to reactivate the account. During this process, you'll need to enter and verify your payment method (Apple Pay) details.

Furthermore, I recommend contacting our Support Team again to investigate the subscription fee that was charged to you. They have the essential tools to review this matter further.

I've also added this resource you can utilize once you need to organize your Intuit Account: Manage your Intuit Account online.

If you have more questions about your QB account and subscriptions, kindly drop by again to this thread.
