If you have an active QBO account and need to lower your subscription, you can downgrade your plan from your settings. Follow these steps to proceed:
- Sign in to QBO as a primary or company admin.
- Go to Settings, then Subscriptions and billing.
- Make sure your payment info is up to date.
- Tap the Downgrade your plan in the QBO section.
- Review the available plans and then click Choose plan.
- Follow the onscreen steps to downgrade your plan.
