I need a call to help me

Hi there, @duque-lisa.

You'll have to manually import the last year's transaction since connecting the bank account downloads the last 90 days only

You can pick one of these formats so you can upload the file to QBO:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)

Once you have your file, you can import them into the program.

  1. Go to the Banking or Transaction menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click the Link Account drop-down menu.
  4. Select Upload from file.
  5. Click Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank, then select Next.
  6. From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then select Next.
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, then select Next.
  8. When you’re ready, select Let's go

Once completed, go to the Banking page to review and categorize your transactions in the For Review tab.

Then, reconcile your account to ensure they match your real-life bank records.

If you need assistance with one of our phone agents, you can follow the steps provided  by my colleague, JonpriL.

Feel free to comment down below if you have other concerns. I'll be around to help.
