In QBO, each company file has its own paid subscription. However, you can access them with the same sign-in info to help you switch and manage your company files. To help you set up a new QBO account, follow the steps below on how:
- Open and access this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
- Select your country from the available options to redirect you to your region's website.
- Click the Plans & Pricing dropdown.
- Choose the version of QuickBooks Online that you want to subscribe to.
- Click Buy Now or Start a Free Trial for 30 days.
- Select a payroll subscription or click on Continue Without Payroll.
- Fill in the necessary information on the Create an Intuit account or Sign up page.
- Click Sign In if you have an existing QBO account and proceed using the same credentials, then select Yes, that's correct. Alternatively, you can click on Choose a different user ID to create a new one.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
