I need to setup a new QB account for a new company How can I do that myself

It's good to see you here, @larry93. Allow us to assist you in setting up a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) account for your new company.

In QBO, each company file has its own paid subscription. However, you can access them with the same sign-in info to help you switch and manage your company files. To help you set up a new QBO account, follow the steps below on how:

  1. Open and access this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Select your country from the available options to redirect you to your region's website.
  3. Click the Plans & Pricing dropdown.
  4. Choose the version of QuickBooks Online that you want to subscribe to.
  5. Click Buy Now or Start a Free Trial for 30 days.
  6. Select a payroll subscription or click on Continue Without Payroll.
  7. Fill in the necessary information on the Create an Intuit account or Sign up page.
  8. Click Sign In if you have an existing QBO account and proceed using the same credentials, then select Yes, that's correct. Alternatively, you can click on Choose a different user ID to create a new one.
  9. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

On the other hand, once you successfully create a new QBO account, visit these links as your reference in getting your business ready inside QBO:

Feel free to visit us anytime if you need further assistance creating a new QBO account. We're here 24/7 to assist you. Keep safe.
