You can cancel your subscription from your company settings, john513.

 

Here's how to get there:

 

Click Gear, and then click Account and Settings.

Click Billing & Subscription tab.

In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.

Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

 

An email that confirms the cancellation will be sent to the account administrator. Also, canceled account will be deleted from our system after a year.

I want to talk to someone on the phone because my accountant can not read can't see my accounts, he lives in england and i live in france, i inserted his email in my account but he can't access it

I want you to know that helping you is our priority. Let me share the steps on how to contact our support team:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. From the description box, enter My accountant cannot read and see my accounts in QuickBooks Online
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Choose between Get a callback or Message an agent.

Also, we have updated our support hours. Our operations start from 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday to Friday. This will resume as soon as possible.

I need to talk to someone on the phone.

Absolutely absurd that there is not a phone line support any longer to call. I am going to look at a different solution for my accounting software as much as i like Quickbooks!!!!!

Hi cpasdawood,

 

You can actually request a callback to talk to our phone agents. They call you in a few minutes depending on the volume of call requests we have. You can also chat with our agents. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

  1. Click on Help and enter your concern.
  2. When you get search results, type in need a human.
  3. When you get suggestions, just select any of them.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact us and choose how you want to contact us.
