I've tried to reconnect PayPal to QB Online several times. I get the message it's connected but then I get the "Your PayPal connection has expired" again. Help!

I've cleared cookies, etc, but I seem to be stuck in some sort of loop.

I appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps to re-connect your PayPal account to QuickBooks.

 

Right now, there's an investigation where some users are unable to connect their PayPal account to QuickBooks Online. Rest assured our engineering team is all hands on this and looking for a permanent fix.

 

For you to be added to the lists of affected users and automatically receive email notification with the latest updates, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team. 

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
  3. Type the issue or topic under the What can we help you with section and then hit the Let’s talk button.
  4. Select the Start a chat or Get the number option.

Also, our Phone Support team is open every Mondays to Fridays at 6:00 AM PST until 6:00 PM PST. Then, from 6:00 AM PST to 3:00 OM PST every Saturday.
