I import transactions for a customer every few days from a delivery software program that has worked seamlessly with QB for Mac 2019. All of a sudden after I looked for a backup file to restore to another customer's QB file my imports for the first customer do not work.
That customer's file will open as usual and when I go to do the import, it backs up and then reveals the backup folder with no files highlighted and with the only selection is to cancel out of that window. This bring me back to where I started and am unable to import the transaction file.
What has changed, since this has never happened before, and how do I remedy this?
