Buy nowWe use QB Desktop Enterprise. We are considering joining with a company that uses QB Online and Squarespace for their ecommerce. It is not an option for us to switch to online because online is very limited in inventory functions. Again, us going from desktop to online is not an option.
1. Is there some way to export information out of QB online on a daily basis that will make invoices, adjust inventory, import payments made through the QB online platform. My guess is no, but I thought I'd ask.
2. Does anyone have experience with Webgility?

Do you need to export invoices and receive payments data to XLS? You can utilize an exporter tool.

QB Desktop 2022 and later version support it natively. But if you need to integrate QB Desktop Enterprise with other marketplaces (e.g Wayfair, The Iconic, Joor) or EDI Retailers/Suppliers, you should considedr another option.
Good to know webgility is native. I think the way we would go is to use shopify, bigcommerce, or woocommerce. Those are platforms I have investigated in the past. Most recently for one site I used 3dcart, but would not use them again.

You're right that QuickBooks Online (QBO) has limited functions than QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Right now, able to export information from QBO daily that will make invoices, adjust inventory, and import payments made through the QBO platform is unavailable.
In the meantime, you may consider looking for a third-party application. To view a wide range of options, use specific keywords to narrow the search. You can check the reviews from other customers to help you decide which app suits your business type and needs.
To look for an app, here's how:
For your future reference, you might want to review all your sales transactions in QBO. Here's an article you can read for more guidance: View sales transactions.
It's nice working with you, @Maverick2. Please know that I'm just a reply away if you need any further assistance managing transactions in QBO.
