Does anyone know if there is a way to import multiple invoices using a CSV file and including the classes? That doesn't seem to be one of the field options for import which means we're stuck doing a manual bulk edit. Thanks for your help!

In QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can import multiple invoices at once. There is also other information that will be imported, these are:
However, at this time, the option to import with classes isn't an option. As a workaround, you'll need manually assign classes when imported or you may wish to consider checking third party applications. Just visit the QuickBooks App Center through this link https://apps.intuit.com/.

Unfortunately, you can't import multiple invoices with the Class any QBO in any version including $150 per month Advanced plan. They have Location but no Class. That makes no sense, right?
It seems like they just missed it.
Send them Feedback (Gear at the upper-right corner > User profile > Feedback).
For the time being, utilize the trial period of this 3rd party tool to import the Invoice data with Class in bulk
