Join nowHello there, @jimkcm.
It's nice to see you in the Community. I'm here to share some information about the income tracker in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
At this time, QBDT doesn't have the option to print a page of information from the income tracker. You can only batch print or email them.
In the meantime, you can pull up or run a report that'll show all your sales transactions and print them as a workaround. Here's how:
1. Go to Reports menu at the top, then pick Sales and Sales by Customer Detail on the drop-down.
2. Click the Customize Reports, then go to the Display tab.
3. Choose your preferred date on the Report Date Range section, then enter the necessary changes you want.
4. Select OK.
5. Click the Print option at the top, then pick Report.
This should answer your concern for today. Just in case, check out this article for future reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
Thanks for being a part of our QuickBooks family. Please let me know how it goes or if I can be of additional assistance. I'd be glad to answer should you have any follow-up questions. Wishing you all the best!
Thnk u i will stop looking for a way

I have Quickbooks enterprise desktop
and i dont see the income tracker option
it doesnt show in my Customer tab bar
Not all Quickbooks have this option?
Welcome to the thread, @DianaR7.
The income tracker feature is available in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. However, if multicurrency is turned on, this won't be available.
Moreover, when a company file is set up, only the QuickBooks Administrator has access to the Income Tracker. If another user needs access, the administrator must edit that user's role to include full access to the Income Tracker in the Company area.
Additionally, I don’t want to leave you empty-handed, you'll want to visit our Community Help Articles hub in case you need some related articles in managing your account.
Drop me a comment below if there's anything I can help you. It's always my pleasure to assist. Have a great day ahead.
