Intuit Online Payroll is now unusable Quickbooks Online Accountant

Hey Intuit!

Why are you pushing my employees out the door? One just texted a resignation after dealing with "Expert" support for your mandated Quickbooks Online Accountant that gobbled up Intuit Online Payroll. Any ideas @IntuitLily  @KayIntuit @MaryLandT @MichelleT @Rose-A  @Kristine Mae Got some spare employees to outsource to me, like seemingly Intuit outsourced "Support" for tax prep product users "Pro" level?! And now apparently fellow ProAdvisor members of the Intuit pyramid scheme are also the "Expert" support for Quickbooks Online Accountant.

Seriously?!

I know that this hasn't been easy for you and your business, @_61.

This is not the impression we want you to experience when moving from Intuit Online Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll.

This is a more modern payroll plan with more features and better ongoing development support. All your data will be there but how you work with it will be a little different. To view further details, you can open this article: Move from Intuit Online Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll Core.

Lastly, you may refer to each article below to view various details on how exporting payroll data works and what to expect when you move from IOP to QBOP:

Our doors are always open to help you again if you have any other concerns or follow-up questions about IOP. Have a good one.

Thank you for the boilerplate links. That's not really much help for my specific situation.

When the contacted Intuit Support Expert sharing the screen asks my employee "what's that?!" It engenders zero confidence. During Intuits mandated switch from Intuit Online Payroll to whatever its name is now - was any warning given that some existing clients may no longer correctly function? Honestly.
