Hello there, rbogere. I'm here to help you troubleshoot the error you encounter when saving the build assembly transaction in your QuickBooks Desktop.
As your company file in QuickBooks grows, you may notice a decrease in performance. There's no specific limit on your company data file, but performance issues can arise if your network cannot handle large data files.
To fix this, you can download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub. To use the Tool Hub, ensure to close QuickBooks. For optimal performance, it's recommended to use Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit. Here are the steps you should follow:
The tool hub serves as a launchpad for the tools you need to resolve the issue. For more details, refer to this article: Fix issues when QuickBooks has stopped working.
Additionally, update QuickBooks Desktop and Database Server Manager on your host or server.
Remember that Community is available to assist you further with any QuickBooks Desktop issues you may encounter. Have a great day.
As you can see, the error messages are related to raw materials and it should be part of the assembly process. QBD 2018 is outdated and Intuit won't support to fix your company file. You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and purchase their repair service.
I'll point you in the right direction to resolve the error messages you encountered when utilizing the verify and rebuild tool in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @rbogere.
I appreciate the screenshot you've provided so we can visualize the issue.
