Why cant I edit my invoice format? My accountant told me that I am already an admin on QBO but it always says that " You do not have access to change any of you company info". I also do not have this "Customize form Style" on the green icon. My subscription is Plus.
Hello there, @AG6780.
Let me help and share some information about editing your invoice format in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before that, can you share some screenshots of your invoices? This is to verify whether you are using the new invoice experience layout, as it might be the reason behind your inability to edit the invoice.
It's good to know that you are now logged in as an admin. I suggest logging out of your QBO account and logging back in. Doing so refreshes your account.
If the issue persists, you may have encountered a problem with your browser caused by too much cache being saved on your browser and creating unusual system behaviour. To resolve the issue, I recommend opening your account in a private (incognito) window.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
Once you've logged in via a private window, try to edit the invoice. If it looks good, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
In addition, here's an article to help you manage invoice payments in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have other concerns with your invoices. I'm always here to help. Have a wonderful day.
Here is the copy of the default invoice
I also tried loging -in and out to other browser but the "customize form styles" tab in the gear icon is not yet apprearing
When I save the template I created, this warning appears " You do not have access to save company information."
Hello, AG6780. I'm here to assist you with editing invoice templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The "You do not have access to save company information." error happens when you don't have access permissions in QBO. But since your accountant told you that you're already an admin to the account. Let's check your access rights to verify your user permission. Before doing so, ensure that you signed in to the correct company file of your QBO account.
To check your role permission, here's how:
For more details about user roles and access permissions, check out this article: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you're the admin of the account and have no access to save company information, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to deep investigate the root of the problem and why the issue keeps appearing.
To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
