Let me guide you on how to create a template with a remittance or payment stub in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon. Then, select Custom form styles.
- On the New style dropdown, select Invoice.
- On the Change up the template section, choose Airy New.
- Click Edit print settings.
- Tick Fit to window envelope. Then, Include payment stub.
You can customize the invoice further by changing the colors, making logo edits, and giving it a name. Just make sure to select the Airy New template. Otherwise, the option to have a tear-off section will not be available. Once done, you'll have a template for invoices that need a payment or remittance stub.
