Invoices and Estimates are not formatting correctly.

Hi there, @fuzzy-knuckles.

Let me help you clear things out. I understand how convenient it is to have correct invoices and estimates formatting. Know that this usually happens when there are issues with the invoice template that is being uploaded.

To further look into your account in a safe environment, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have tools for a screen-sharing session to investigate this matter for you.

To contact support, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online, then click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to human.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Click Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.

Feel free to read this article for mo details: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to reply to this post if you need additional assistance with managing your invoices and estimates. I'll be happy to lend a hand. Keep safe and enjoy the rest of the week!

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for responding. Of course this wasn't a problem with my invoice template. It was a problem with your side of things and if you didn't notice, I wasn't the only one affected by this problem. Fortunately it's been fixed and hopefully they get to the bottom of why it happed since this is a critical part of doing business.
