The errors and system administrator settings are ten times worse. It is going in and clearing out any memos I type in.
Hi there, @ericagghf.
Thanks for joining the thread and sharing your concerns.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error messages you're receiving? This way, I can look deeper into what's happening with QuickBooks.
In the meantime, I wanted to mention we have noticed some users experiencing issues with the update. For now, we have found a lot of success (depending on what error message) in repairing the program from the Control Panel. I'm including some steps below to run a repair.
Once the repair has been completed, test QuickBooks to see if you're receiving any error messages.
I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional concerns. Chat with you soon!
Attached is a screenshot of one of the most common error messages I receive.

I appreciate the screenshot you shared, @ericagghf. Let's collaborate to resolve the user permission error you encountered so you can access the vendor transactions.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), only the primary admin has complete access to the company file. If you've been invited as a user and can't access certain areas like the vendor transaction list, kindly ask the admin for permission to perform the task.
If you're the primary admin, let's perform troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Sometimes, numerous cached files can cause unusual browser behavior. I recommend clearing your browser's cache to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.
You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
Once you've launched a new private browsing session, access your QuickBooks Online account and verify if you can access the vendor transaction list. If you can, proceed to clear your browser's cache. It will resolve the issue and ensure the program runs smoothly. You can also try using other devices or supported browsers as alternatives.
Furthermore, I've included these articles that will guide you in recording a refund or credit from a vendor and tracking your transactions by class:
For security reasons, we've removed the screenshot you attached. In the future, please ensure that all personal information is excluded or omitted before uploading any attachments.
I'm here to help if you have more concerns about accessing vendor transactions in QBO or any other QuickBooks Online questions. Kindly reply below, and I'll assist you further.
All permissions have been given, completed the below steps for clearing the cache, using the private (incognito) browser and it still gives the same error message. This morning it removed all of the memo descriptions from my work yesterday. Attached is a screenshot of the audit history of an example of one of the transactions.
Thanks for coming back to this thread, ericagghf. I appreciate you for attaching a screenshot to your response. Let me provide some information about the audit log entry made by System Administration.
The System Administration audit log profile shows changes made automatically by QuickBooks Online. This can happen for several reasons, such as:
Therefore, I recommend reviewing the transactions you recently modified as the removal of the memo description might have occurred due to those changes.

Additionally, I've included these articles to assist you in reviewing changes to your transactions and adding more details to your reports within the program:
