Sadly, they have made it nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone for help.
If you haven't already, you can request a callback. (The trick is to input the correct issue, when filling out things to get that callback. Usually overpayment, or something involving money will get the toggle to request that callback).
Now, once that is done, expect forever and a day before they MIGHT call you back. But stay close to your phone, just in case.

I don't believe the Saturday call back is still an option. It is Saturday and I am blocked out.
Any specific concern?
Quickbooks only works 9-5 Monday to Friday now or at least in my area. I guess they figure their computer system is perfect and their are enough individuals taking care of "Quickbooks" help service. I don't understand a global company has an "area" but I spoke with 3 different individuals who told me the "human line" is closed. What I do not understand is one of the "humans" stated "in my area". I wish there was some way to get them to stand by their product.
There is no "Talk to a human" tab under HELP(?). I want to cancel my account. Is there an email or phone number I can use?
@ssteele Assuming you have QBO, as that is what this thread is for, follow the steps provided to cancel your acct.
If you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to go to your app store to cancel.
Follow the steps based on where you bought your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Important: If you use QuickBooks Online Payments, you need to cancel your Payments account separately. Here's how to close your Payments account.

The Community is always willing to assist you with any concern. If you want to cancel your account subscription, you can personally cancel it in your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:
1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
3. Select the Billing & subscription tab, then select Cancel.
If you still want to contact our live support team, you can select the Talk to a human button after you type in your concern. I'll show you how:
1. Click the Help icon, then select the Assistant tab.
2. Enter the concern you need assistance with. Click the Talk to a Human button.
3. Or you may select the Search tab.
4. Click Contact Us, then follow the onscreen steps.
