Allow me to share some information on the code that you're getting so you'll know what our engineers are doing right now, Benj_Acuña.
Currently, this is an ongoing issue. Our engineers are already working on this to resolve as soon as possible. While we don't have a workaround for this, you can assign a temporary class for that specific transaction so you can successfully move on with the process and prevents you from getting the error.
Also, I suggest reaching out to our support team again so they can include you on the list of users that are affected. This way, once fixed you'll be notified through email. To reach out to our support team, follow the steps below:
For your reference, you can run reports in QuickBooks Online to get the information that you need. Please check out this article for more information: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Reach out to us if you have any other concerns about creating transactions. I'll always be right here to help you.

1) We don't want to add a class to every transaction because it's taking much time if we do that to every transaction line. In fact, even disabling the use of class (in Advanced Settings) also results to the same error.
2) I already did Get help from a human option and opted for live chat many times but seems getting nowhere:
Not happy with QBO support nowadays. Very far from expectations.
