Is there going to be recertification for 2024 for QBO? I have not seen anything yet

Yes, there will be recertification for QuickBooks Online (QBO) in 2024, judy. 

The recertification program is an annual requirement for QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors to stay updated on the latest features and functionalities. It's important to recertify every year by June 30 to maintain your QuickBooks Online certifications. 

To maintain your certified status and benefits, passing the recertification exam is necessary. The recertification exams cover new features introduced in the past year. It is essential to complete the recertification to retain your certification status, points, and benefits, including eligibility for the Find-a-ProAdvisor listing. 

Training webinars are available to help prepare for the recertification exams, and passing the exam earns you points toward your QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program balance. 

If you have not received information about the 2024 recertification yet, it is advisable to stay tuned for updates on the ProAdvisor training tab inside QuickBooks Online Accountant.

I read it should be available On May 1st.  I would check tomorrow and see what happens

Your FAQ says it be on the Proadvisor training tab on May 1st and so far it is not

It appears that the link you've added for the recertification training schedule is for the UK. If you're in the US, you can jump directly for the recertification test. If you're having challenges accessing the test in your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, I can provide troubleshooting steps to resolve this. 

First, I'd recommend using supported browsers for QBOA to access the Training tab efficiently. Then, sign in to your account through incognito mode: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Shift + Command + N

Go to the Training tab and check if you can view the exam page. If you can, proceed to clear your browser's cache. 

If you still can't access the test, one possibility for this is that your browser blocks pop-up windows for the training exam to start. You can follow the steps outlined in this article for the resolution: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?

Another troubleshooting step we can do is to add the ProAdvisor Training webpage as a trusted site. The Training tab in your QBOA can't load correctly if this webpage is blocked. I'd recommend collaborating with your IT expert for this one. To do this, add the ProAdvisor Training website in your browser: https://https://*.intuittrainingplatform.com.
