Hello. I'm having nearly the exact same issue. My entire homepage is blank (https://qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage) and the only feature available is to add customers. All of my registers and bank connections are missing. Can anyone assist? The Assistant and Contact Us links are blank. I've tried on multiple computers and mobile devices.

When you open the Test Drive, it will prompt you to log in using your QuickBooks account credentials. Once you're in, navigate to the Help menu or click the question mark icon in the upper right corner. Then, select the Search tab and click the Contact Us button at the bottom. Provide a brief description of your issue, select Continue, and you will have the option to choose either Have us call you or Chat with a support representative.
