It disconnected my business checking account from quickbooks an won’t re attach

Let me present some troubleshooting steps to reconnect your bank to the program, thyumweigand-yah.

 

Before starting, may I know the name of your bank? This will help me check for any reports related to disconnection.

 

Bank connection can be interrupted due to updates, server maintenance performed on the financial institution's website, or someone who has disabled your business checking account. These events can temporarily affect the stability of the link with QuickBooks Online. To verify these actions, go to the Audit Log (Take me there) under Tools in the Gear icon.

Please also visit your bank's website to check for announcements and review the messages or alerts. It can also happen if there are changes in your bank information or online banking login credentials. If everything is fine on their end, let's access your QuickBooks account via incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can verify if it is a browser-related issue. Use the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  •  For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N
