Hello bookkeepers.
We needed to find out the date that a statement was created and sent, but have been unable to.
Any suggestions? I've seen the answer for QuickBooks online, but not for desktop.

Hello Solar Bozo!
I know where to go to see when you sent the customer statement.
Follow these steps:
If you need to view the details of the statement, you can check the Sent folders of the email account you used in QuickBooks Desktop. You can also see there when the email was sent.
I also included this link if you need detailed steps on how to personalize form templates in QuickBooks Desktop: Use and customize form templates.
I will be in the Community space so don't forget to reply to this thread if you need more help with customer statements. I'll be sure to help you!

What if the statement was printed and mailed?
I'll share some tips on how you can obtain that, halfhalt.
Currently, the option to view the date of the statement that was printed and mailed is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). As a workaround, we can check your Print history or Event Viewer on your computer to determine the date.
If you're unable to view it on your computer, it's possible that it has been disabled or restricted by your system administrator. In this case, you may need to contact your IT department.
Keep your post coming if you need more help with customer statements. Have a great day!
