The qbo app has had the same issue it looks like for some time. I have read several messages and it does not seem like it can be fixed. It is getting more frequent for me and on a 2nd machine. How do we fix the errors so we can work efficiently.

If you’re using an online app for windows, this is probably caused by the stored junk files in the system. You can follow the steps below to get this resolved.

If the same things happen, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Here's a quick guide to do it, or visit the link here to reinstall the app directly. Just scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, then click the Free Download button.

I have already done those steps prior to reaching out to the community. If you read comments, it sounds like this issue has been an ongoing thing with no fix. Work cannot get done if the app does not function properly. I even went to a different machine and it still gave me errors.

If refreshing the app doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to resolve unexpected behavior on mobile devices, and ensure updated security settings are downloaded.
