QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online are distinct products, each with its features. That's why we're unable to mimic one, as they have different ways of achieving a task.

- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.

For now, you can use the Tab key to move from one field to another within a transaction line. To add a new one, press CTRL+ALT+N on the keyboard. Please know that it inputs the same transaction type depending on what you selected from the small dropdown arrow under the Date column.
Furthermore, create multiple bills or expenses and reclassify transactions if subscribed to QuickBooks Online Advanced. Otherwise, consider utilizing a third-party application such as Right Tools.
