Many expense accounts are not visible when trying to enter bills on the mobile phone app. How do we resolve this?

Let's ensure that your expense categories are displayed when entering bills in the QuickBooks (QB) Mobile App.

 

Let's fix it by updating your QB Mobile to version 24.05.9. If you already have this version, let's uninstall and reinstall the app. Then, log in and create a bill.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team to further isolate this issue and resolve it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the question mark (?) icon in your QBO mobile app.
  2. Pick Help and Support.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern. Then, Continue.
  5. Choose Chat or Callback.
